Fly Dubai



In this semester, as marketing students we have a project which called a marketing research project. As we students we are required to find suitable customers for the company that we chose. The results of this research help the client to make business decisions about the company. We have to choose a start-up company facing some problems or a company that is interested in launching new product.

First of all, my groups have been chosen Fly Dubai as a company of this project. The first step we did a secondary research about Fly Dubai following three steps: Defining our research objectives, collecting enough information and Analyzing and reporting the information. After that we interviewed two members of Fly Dubai. Moreover, we talked about general information of Fly Dubai that included Number of travelers to Dubai and out of Dubai (Average) and the Nationalities of those travelers and in which seasons the number of passengers increase. Furthermore, we mentioned about Fly Dubai Competitor and the we Analyses getting the number of passengers we concluded the *industry trend*,the Nationalities of travelers, number of destinations, Services and facilities, the Prices and the type of airplanes.



In conclusion, I believe that I developed my communication and research skill from marketing research project. I think that I gained experience from the members of Fly Dubai. I hope that we will help Fly Dubai to find what their customers’ needs and wants from it.
